Standard international delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our workshop.

Any local customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

If your set is missing any pieces, we will provide replacement parts at no charge for the items themselves, but the shipping cost for the replacement must be covered by the customer. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
